well once the pe quests were added to GV, it was a big craze like everyone was doing it.
Once the reward got nerfed or something, less people felt motivated to do them.
Or maybe when forest runs came into play, forgot which order destroyed it xD
Not sure about the team lead having to be r8 for the team to get reward.
If the squad lead DC then the whole instance is ***ed ya.
