Another HB bug

http://prntscr.com/lxvgjr I ported inside and fell through the floor to the bottom of the earth, relogging/restarting the client didn't help. I asked gm Nea to port me back.  I talked to the npc in the waiting room and got back into hb but I couldn't use any skills or genie.
Is there any specific reason to why this happens?
