Base structures reset?

I gave leadership of my faction to another member a few months ago and he used a faction rename item to change the name.  The base was lvl 18 with points assigned to towers and the monolith. The monolith disappeared and towers reverted to lvl 0 or lvl1. (The points are still assigned.) I think the new leader has asked about this but I see the problem is still there. He's remade the monolith since but its level still doesn't match the level on the starplate. (Faction is named Invictus now, was Aquaflame.) Is there any way you can raise the level of the monlith/towers back to where they were according to the starplate so we don't have do countless base quests to get back to where we were?

O.o Never knew renaming faction had that kinda glitch. First I ever heard.

Apparently the name change had nothing to do with it. The new leader said the monolith was gone prior to name change. All points are allotted for lvl 18 base with points for some higher level structures.  How would this of happened and not be fixed by updates?

Can you fix our structures so they match the star plate?

Faction monolith disappeared with all points still assigned. The new leader rebuilt but it is still just level one (still with all points assigned).

Heavenly Vault also was reset to lvl 1 with all points still assigned.
