i can reroll every single part of gears exept plate !! 
and also we get now only 3 sockets on new gears r8 wich it never was before on older toons !!

You probably can't reroll it because it's an upgraded piece, you need to craft a new part. And for the socket, you can use socket stones from god's giving to make it 4 socket
