Invalid mission on morai

Whenever i get quest from morai it says invalid mission thats why i cant get my skill books yet

Having the same issue.  I picked up the hour quest from lumi once (15 Sep), did it and turned in; but next day (16 Sep) can't pick it up and it says :invalid mission"
