ERROR!

Hi there.
I downloaded, installed the game.
When i try to launch it, when i hit the Launch button, the system crashes and i get a BSOD>
What to do?

did u use the Patch v61?

I patched it, i enter the game but LOL!
It appears a img loading, then i click the Confirm button and it freezes.
Nothing happens.

did u create the exception on ur antivírus?
do u have DirectX updated?
did u install the enduser runtime for DirectX?

- Update your Windows (if your system is outdated it might be missing some libraries required to run the game
- Install Microsoft Net Framework 4
- Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
- Install DirectX 9.0c by running dxwebsetup.exe file located in EPW/element/ directory
- In the end restart your PC and check again
- If it still fails, redownload / reinstall the client
