You can’t.

Poems are for those with decorations workshop only.

Likewise those with decorations workshop can’t have gate recipes etc~

Or couches and mattresses are only for furnishing.

The other extreme is to give up your furnishing workshop mastery and change it to decorations. BUT, giving up furnishing will cause all your furnishing’s recipe to be deleted too. 

My suggestion is to get another alt to learn decorations.

Just beware: ALL of the recipes are character-bound (no account stashing!) AND can only be used when your mastery matches the requirements of the scroll.

You are right.
But you can always use the ‘contract’ feature to craft the recipes that’s on your alt to fill your quests~
