Glitched Morai Quests

Several times now I haven't been able to take quests from Corona's Stargazer Kin Soz. It appears to be an intermittent problem. Is this happening to everyone else?

Same thing with the Luminence quests from Kin Soz's counterpart. 

Frustrating.

Had the same thing happen on my cleric thought it was cause of maxed prestige (7000/7000) but now reading this maybe it's not.

Vi la muerte en mis sueños muchas veces, pero no he muerto. Fui mejor que mis sueños, mejor que mis pesadillas. Pero para descubrirlo... tuve que enfrentarlos a todos y tuve que pasar por lo peor para probarme a mí mismo que fui el mejor. Esta es mi realidad ;)
