The amount of EXP required to level up from Lv. 110 to Lv. 150 has been reduced by 25%. From what I understand, this decrease in required EXP will be filtered throughout the levels, rather than just one. This meaning that if Lv. 110 to 111 requires 'x' EXP and 111 to 112 requires 'x+1' exp, then Lv. 110 to 150 requires 'x+(x+1)+(x+2)+(x+3)+...+(x+50) points of exp.
^ It is this value that will be decreased by 25%.
