WR's Reel In skill problem

Sometime when u use the new 100% reel in skill, the enemy after that he comes near to u, he get teleported back instantly. It doesnt happen everytime, but when it does, u just waste 50 chi for nothing, lol.

I've seen it completely fail on one occasion on a target with no immunities on so far

Reel in has always been a bit weird with some skills locking people in place so if they get reeled while casting they glitch out and teleport back. Haven't seen any issues with my reel in yet

Omg Reckless Rush too, sometime after i use it, i cant use any skill or move, cuz the character is blocked LOL
