You can't reroll fixed stats RR8. And I don't see why you would, just make a new piece of RR8 gear to reroll and keep the fixed stats one.

I wanted to boost x2 ct on arcanes, but if I did that then 3x ct would become too easy, so I kept it as it is. The difference is not big anyway, it would've been 1 in 220 chance > 1 in 150 chance or so

That's the only way, there are some scrolls at the Merchant NPC at Archosaur West

Beginning. Like TC's tw starts at 20:00, DarkSiders starts at 20:01, Nightmares at 20:02, and Unifiers at 20:03. All of the tw's are one minute apart. It's not necessarily a huge issue but Nostalgia has three defends back to back with only one minute apart.
