I think it's a general problem. There's multiple forms of glitches and bugs and whatevers happening, and they're all of different nature which is weird. There's a bug where you can't attack (skill) when you're swimming, there's glitch in instances i.e. Twilight Temple, there's glitch in automated event i.e. HB, and there's a general fps drop for a good number of people.
Just be patient. GMs already replied to some and said it'll be fixed in the next patch. So what I'd suggest is for everyone to list and consolidate those bugs and help the GMs out by identifying them and post them within a single thread or something. It'd be faster that way, too, and the fix will just be in a single patch rather than multiple micropatches.
