1.5.5 Elysium Skill Upgrades [updated; Aug 7, 2018]

[Elysian]

Since everyone is curious as to what skills are upgraded, I've made a list of screenshots that I've taken from PWI wikipedia.
Note: First skill in each class are what's known as the new "Ultimate Skills."

• Each ultimate skill has a cool down of 300 seconds (5 minutes).
• Each ultimate skill requires a mat called, Subsiding Dirt, to be casted. This can be purchased at God's Giving for free.

Note: To get the new skills, you must get a mat called, Elysian Seal, which can be obtained via Collection Quests in Homestead.

• Each skill requires 2 Elysian Seals, with the exception of the ultimate skill level 2 that requires 10 Elysian Seals.
• The NPC to get the skills is named Vyn Ren the Trainer (located at West Archosaur near the Apothecary).
• Each class gets one free skill book upgrade.

Note: The skills may be changed in accordance to EPW gameplay.

Note: It is not stated, but Razor Feathers, both Sage and Demon, have no cool down under UVD.
Update (v45): Cleric's Blessing of Immortality's duration has been changed from 20 seconds to 10 seconds in level 1, 40 seconds to 20 seconds in level 2.

Update (v45): Strombringers can now only stack 3 Thundersnow charges (the Ultimate skill is affected by this).

Update (v45): Duskblade's Strength of the Reapers at level 2 will restore full health, instead of resetting all skill cool downs.
