psy wouldn't actually be to bad if they raised the immobilization rate and the stun rate which virtually never works and makes people rely on sos which is what 90% of epw considers ''op'' with 100% or even 95% and for them it would allow a psy to properly stunlock cause sos is 30 seconds and very easy to get around with fortify+ class anti stuns our silence attack has a 50% proc rate so i feel boosting these %s would fix alot of the issue since psy is in no way tanky in white if someone actually tries to kill u but in black its virutally a suicide mission vs some classes
