Missing 30 Event Gold

Hi GM,

Was missing 30 Event Gold since earlier to day. I used my 3 10 event gold and nothing appeared on my character. It has been 3 hours but nothing appeared,

I tried to use the last 3 (10 Event Gold) i have, wait for 20 minutes and relogged in, still no gold is showing on the shop. thats for a total of 60 Gold already. please do make some actions for me. thank you

Check your Event Tab page (Boutique (O)->Event) on the character you used the Event Gold with.
