9 Trial bug: No more Blessings of the Gods from [Teleporter NPC]

I did few trials and one day, i can't see the quest that give Blessing of the Gods anymore.
I waited to the next week but that quest doesn't appear again.
Now i must do trial without that buff.
Anyone has the same problem?

I could receive the Blessing quest again, must be from the NPC in Trial of Element.
Not sure if it could be in the next trial.

Also need 100,000 coins in order to purchase the buff, the quest doesnt show up unless you got coins
