i just downloaded the game and i'm really eager to start,but when i start,it's fullscreen and some parts are missing,also when i am about to create a new character i can't find the "done button" and the avatar preview won't come up,here's a pic

u need to install the runtime enduser
go to the microsoft website and instlal it, its free
also u might want to update your directX, also to be found at the microsoft website

i did so but now when i open it and click start it won't just start (thanks for help btw)

Go to graphix, change the resolution than start it.
If is not working go to the folder/element/elementclient.exe
That should do it.

did you add the exception on your antivírus??
