 New tomes are mostly so there would be more things in the update and something that you can farm with homestead or new instances.
 Also locking them, since gearlock has to be reapplied, so there will be less advantage from scripting.

i wish sunset event happened in 2 times per week like NW  . suggest sunday or monday  between 17-20 server time for eu/us

I don't know if its a good idea to have SV during Saturdays since Saturday has Ares, Dragon Hunt and Morai events
Sunday has Nation Wars so placing SV during sometime before or after NW could be plausible? and instead of adding a third SV event move Wednesday's or Thursday's event to weekend.
Or add Wednesday's SV to Monday/Tuesday instead if the weekend idea doesn't work out

I haven't at least seen it before, could of simply missed it myself though. Could be somewhat useful for convenience, but not really deadly necessary.
