Helpdesk Respond?

Hi,

I just wanted to let the moderators or developer know that I made a topic inside Helpdesk section a few days ago and I'm still waiting for a respond.
Is that section abandoned already or is it being ignored?
I just saw an admin called Burdette responded on one of the topic on Support section which made me think that my post inside Helpdesk is being ignored.

Make sure to check your post and reply with the info needed, sorry that the responding took a while, you're not the only one posting on helpdesk with issues and it might take a bit to get to you sometimes
