New to Epic PW is runecrafting. The books needed to learn and level up your rune crafting you can buy from the epic pw event forge.
Each book costs EC to make.
Rune Crafting Level 1 = 20 EC
Rune Crafting Level 2 = 40 EC
Rune Crafting Level 3 = 75 EC
Rune Crafting Level 4 = 120 EC
Rune Crafting Level 5 = 250 EC
Rune Crafting Level 6 = 340 EC
Rune Crafting Level 7 (Advanced) = 600 EC
To see what runes can be made to to the Divine emissary of Light (550, 635)
Once you have the level 1 book you go learn it at the elder just like any other crafting skill.
when you have learned it you need to go to a merchant and buy lots of shabby shards depending on which rune you'd like to make.
Once you have the shabbys you go to a jewels craftsman and combine them to the proper level needed for the rune. You will also need to do the same with the Wuhsing stones you can buy from the Gods giving.
Once you Have all the proper mats to make the rune you can craft them at the Divine Emissary Of Light.
