I've seen a lot of people using ~ or ' on their nicknames, but everytime I try to use it says its invalid.
Does anyone knows how to use those characters on a nickname?

Well I never saw a ~ in someones name, but, I often forget peoples names also xD well try with ' or ` < don't know if that works tho. I myself, don't like those signs of any type

Open your start menu and search 'Character Map' and open it. Find a doohicky you like and Copy & Paste it! Most of them will likely not work though, so it may take time to find something.

(You may have to dig around the fonts also, try Arial Unicode for starters.)

I don't saw name with ~ too in the game

1.4 doesn't support these characters as well as some others like numbers. There are people in this game with those characters in their name (~Allyson') but they created their characters over a year ago while the server was still 1.3.
