Reawakening II ( Watching the Star)

Hey.. i have a problem with this Quest. After reaching the coordinates ( 96 , 612 ) no pop up appears. 
I allready tryed to relog .. still no pop up. Flying up to 79 and falling down .. no pop up

We do not run Character Reawakening as it'd just be extra leveling up for no actual reason
You can unlock the new active skills by simply reaching level 150, entering primal and crafting the books!
I'll assist you ingame in a few.
