Cant finst first  fairy quest at tanglewood

You can not utilise the 3rd fairy item since your character hasn't yet reached first fairy
Upon reaching first fairy the game automatically gives you 3rd fairy (celestial) so there's no need for that item
So the important thing now is to fix the client error that causes the crash

- Close every epic perfect world client you have open
- Verify client (open patcher and click on verify, let it run) and then try to kill Tangleweed
If the above fails then:
- Go in epicpw folder, launcher, fixit.bat and run the file while you have no client opened whatsoever

If the above doesn't work
- Make sure you have in your computer the following programs:

•  Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package
• Microsoft Net Framework 4
• 2010 Redistributable Package 

Attempt to kill Tangleweed after doing the above, it should fix the issue (as I do not see any connection between Tangleweed and an old video card driver being at fault)

if you used an old patch method to connect to our server, by the way, you will be forced to download our full client. Using ANY other servers' files, including retail, causes severe issues (multiple crash points, softlocks, no audio, & tons & tons more baddies that aren't fixable)
