Hello Guyz...
             
   i have downloaded the game and updated the game when i start the game it is showing me the error can u guyz please help me with this issue thank you..

2. Game client won't open or crashes upon launch
- Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (vcredist_x86) and 2010 Redistributable Package 
- Install Microsoft Net Framework 4
- Add the game directory to your antivirus exception list
- Start the game from patcher and click Verify button, then once process finishes, check again.
- Install DirectX 9.0c by running dxwebsetup.exe file located in EPW/element/ directory and check again
- Reinstall your graphic card drivers and check again
- Update your Windows (if your system is outdated it might be missing some libraries required to run the game)
- In the end restart your PC and check again

Search for System in your windows and open System, or open it from control panel. In windows 10 you can right click start and choose System from there, its the 4th option from top. Then do these:[/font]




Find your element client in EPW>Element

Find your patcher.exe in EPW>Patcher

Apply, Ok.

- If it still fails, redownload / reinstall the client
