Create exceptions in your anti virus to the game.

Ur antivirus is probably blocking the elemente folder.

i restarted the launcher and i down graded to 56 i was just at 59 ready to go what happened ?

you'r client need patch .. but seems something blocking you'r patcher.exe
have you tried to run patcher.exe as administrator
