having multiple links doesn't help ping at all and inevitably makes round trip for c2s2c longer. having a datacenter IP in different countries that route to main server host could only serve for DDoS migitation but other than that its pointless and only alters number in corner of elementclient.
There was a gamer VPN service ages ago called WTFast and I think it went out of business because people realized the premise of connecting to a server closer to the game's provider server did not help much at all with ping
