When adding attribute points to a genie, mouse over the MAG - it says every 50 points will increase the energy recovery rate by 1/sec. shouldn't that speed up the recovery rate? on a new genie, level 1, energy recovery rate is 1.06/s. adding 50 MAG points should increase the rate of energy recovery to .06/s. less time to full recovery is an increase in the rate of recovery.
if you add points to magic the energy recovery rate slows down. adding 50 magic points - energy recovery rate is now 2.00/s, almost a full second longer to recover full energy, that is a decrease in the energy recovery rate by 0.94 seconds. more time to full recovery is a decrease in the rate of recovery!
