Daily quests glitch

i have inserted a picture of the problem, can not pull the mob out of the skull and it will not die no matter what, i have even got some others to try to kill it but no one can kill it, it just keeps gaining life back.

i tried to kill it until it disappeared, so i lost everything on that quest, not sure what can be done about it since no GM was online to see it actually happening, let me know, thanks

stand directly on it and try to let it hit you, once it hits you properly you can start attacking
