Tbh i was thinking about a thing... maybe is better to dont show on real time the score, while the event is running, cuz the losing side could get demotivated if they are losing by far, and the fun will fall for both sides. While if no1 know the score, every1 will concentrate and have alot of fun untill the end    
u could make it lasts 20mins (10m is too low for sure!)
