vit 9 shts are same price ,as def 2 + random, so aim for similiar prices, 10-11 might be xpensive tho

He means 2 def 9 vit is equal to an ornament with 2 def and a random stat. Vit doesn't do much besides give you like 50 HP since it doesn't let you put the 9 stats into another catagory besides vit.
