Im stuck in "Entering Perfect World" could you please help me solve this problem ?

It can be antivirus/firewall blocking the connection actually.
Try rebooting the router as well.
And try different connection link (link 1-4)

- Add the game folder to antivirus exception list
- make sure you have the required programs mentioned in link above
- try to reset your char at http://panel.epicpw.com/resetstuck.php
