I have all my Music/Effects volume turned up and i can hear wind sounds water sounds and such, but i cant hear footsteps i cant hear skill sounds or genie skill sounds... Ive restarted my PC ive checked my headset, ive also restarted my Audio Box. It has to be Client Side.

Perhaps a problem with your sfx.pck, the file responsible for those sounds. Try downloading this and replacing the one in your EPW/Element folder:

Download our full client. This is not something that a manual patch can fix (6GB of corrupted pack data.)
