Every meat on any market goes through sanitary inspection.
That's the law.

Some people like their steak pretty raw. Raw meat itself doesn't hurt.
It can only make you digestion difficulties if you're not used to it.

There is possibility that inspection wasn't totally successful,
but those cases are rare, and very well published if occur.

So, yes, see a doctor, just in case...

But don't worry too much.
