You get roughly 50-60 Perfect Elements from dailies per character
A PK Ready character requires about 1000-1200 perfect elements 
a full endgame (luxury stats etc) roughly 6-8 times more
Considering you can make more than 1 character per account and you are willing to do dailies, you can be really well geared in short time
Participating in events also helps alot in this process
There's no ''donate for gear'' method
