Etc: If possible, make the flowers in the hair a little bit more delicate looking, it always bugged me how chunky they looked like in game

Background: Some kind of smooth, creamy whiteish gray background.
What you want: Shoulders up and facing straight (some angle is alright) pretty much like the male drawing in your first batch of examples

1. The visible fashion should be a long black men's winter overcoat(something like my ingame fash though only shoulders up should be visible) here is a better picture of what I meant:


2. Make it look arrogant and cocky- you are the artist hence how you do that is up to you.
3. For the references provided, I am more interested in the tab picture being used as primary reference because the ini is not as good when zoomed in. That's the "tab" picture:
