Barb skills in True form

I wonder if its possible to make barbs like they are in pwi, some skills can be casted in true form, such as cornered beast and violent triumph, + - ?

Its possible but they would lack animations and wouldn't be able to add animations to them very easily. Well it depends on how well you know how to use .stck file and combine acts.

Yeah might be you right but he could just gypsy away the original animations from the new expansion somehow if thats a possibility

he would have to take the player .ecm from official + the .gfx files, then edit the GS to allow the skills to be casted in human and in form like cleric attack skills, then would haveo to ensure the animations trigger properly, and if they dont, Im positive the animations are hardcoded/assigned by name in the GS or elementskill or elementclient so yet more work in IDA to do.

If there was a way to take it from official pwi , then it would be done deal . none of those you have listed would be needed since its alrdy a thing there for years

All of the things listed would be needed considering simply taking the ECM from PWI does not enable it all to work correctly.

as i said before , its a legit thing on the original PW. But im not quiet sure which expansion brought it into the game .
