Fingers like snakes and spiders in my hair

Can you figure out all the spots where Jack the Pumpkin King is hiding before the end of Halloween?

Jack could be hiding:

🎃 Inside the banner image of a thread
Hint: Jack will only appear as .GIF format in banners, after 20 seconds!
🎃 On the first page of a thread

Hint: Jack prefers to hide in threads made by staff members and sticky topics!
🎃 The Jack on this thread's banner does not count as one

🎃 Entries are via Forum PM to Blink
Please DO NOT post your entry on this thread
🎃 Include your in-game name that you want rewards sent to and the links where you've found Jack hiding.

Please make sure in the forum PM you put the LINKS of where you found Jack.
Send all the spots you found in ONE forum message to Blink
