Hi me please

i just want to ask why i can't log in server 3..it say's incorect account name or a password..i type my user and pass correctly..since server 1 down..

i believe it has something to do with epw only supporting servers 1 and 2, but i could be wrong

server 1,server 2 server 4 are Down..unable to connect but server 3 is Up.when i try to log in.it say's incorrect account name or password
