Cannot patch my client (Version28-29)

Hello.

I just came back to game and my patcher is Version 27, so I downloaded manual patch of Version 27-28, and Version 29-30, but I cannot find the manual patch for Version 28-29. My patcher won't patch and it stops when the bar is almost full and says "File download appear ERROR. Retry?" and everytime I press Try Again it will just stop again and again same thing happens, though I have strong internet connection. Can anyone help me in finding manual patch for Version 28-29? Because it is not on the Downloads tab. Thank you.

The verify button on my patcher isn't lit so I cannot press it. I have tried everything on the thread but nothing works, just manual patch.

Did you use fixit.bat?
