I think it would be only fair since the weapon stone effect procs stack with GoF that they stack with all other ones too. 


Say for example Gloom to stack with Spirit Blackhole etc

Each stone effect has its own skill ID and the skills properties are defined in GS which Burdette is used to heavily editing so yes it is. Did you know Unique Weapon Addons as well as Stone-based unique addons are actual skills? Did you also know that GoF was edited to allow Gloom to proc with it in the same weapon?
