Missing patcher.exe

my Antivirus deleted the patcher.exe and I found no way to recover the file...
Is there a way to download the patcher.exe (or someone who could upload it for me please) or do I really have to redownload 10 GB for this one file? :/

Or you could run the "fixit" file located in EPW/launcher/ and it should have same result

I am experiencing the same issue when trying to launch the game using the patcher.exe, launcher.exe which are both getting deleted by my antivirus. I am curious thiugh if after goin to the provided link by burdette, did it work after? Could you share more context please when you can? Thanks!
