can't logg into the game?

well i mean i enter my user name and pass, click start and then i stay on the window "Logging into the game. Please wait." and if so for about 20 minutes nothing wont change, tried launching the game with the launcher & patcher, same problem, anyone knows what could i do? Thanks

either change the mirror or try to verify your game files i guess that could sort it out

change the mirror its the server? if so did it already, or re downloading the game?

when you're logging in just try changing the server there should be three (Epica 1/2/3) but they might be down sometimes. So you just ought to check. If that doesn't sort it out i don't know what might be wrong had no difficulties whatsoever right now
