Cant go to Etherblade city

Everytime i teleport to etherblade city my game always crashes i always fix my stuck toon yet always still the same

Redownload the entire client OR unpack the epw folder again from the .rar file u first downloaded (if u still have it) and patch again to v29

Still crashing sir every location near etherblade city still cant teleport i can go to any place except etherbalde city and his nearby locations(sorry for my grammar)
