Sage cultivation skills

Hey guys kinda new to the game. I've already done the Sage quest but I still can't learn the Sage skills in the skill menu, I tried finding a Sage skill trainer in Heaven in Thousand Streams but I can't find any. How do I learn those Sage Cultivation skills?

In order to learn sage skills you need to:
-open the learning skills interface by pressing R on keyboard
-clicking on "show learnable skills only"
-having the prerequisite skills lvl 10 and the books
- having enough coins and spirit
-character must be on main map

You can buy the sage skills from Boutique(hotkey O) from Skills tab
The sage skills have a full circle near them while demon's circle is empty

also, you cannot be:

-in combat
-MOVING at all
-Casting spells//using skills
-Flying or on a mount
-In a dungeon (heaven/hell, Morai & Primal maps COUNT towards this)
