ok i saw a sin got a rank 9 dagger that needs 300k rep and 1600 each of nirvana crystals

so i wonder how i get that can any one tell me plz ?

There is no Rank9. What you see is a re-skin of a weapon.

Its service that epic gives for a donation of 10$.

Re-skin, is just basecly changeing the looks of your weapon, to a look of your choice.

trust me i belive what i saw ... i saw sin got dagger with 300k REP i'm not blind and its not reskin its like the demonic daggers

well if you mean broniak's weapon(if i'm right, if im not please do correct me) that is reskined into demonic weapon? yeah i think i saw it. (but it's not r9.)
