Or make it 3-4 sec. normal AOE stun/occult/90% speed reduce/disarm/freeze/seal/freeze+seal. Clearly WB needs more control and in the exchange of 2 sparks + Half HP it seems more than reasonable.
P.S GN you forgot to fix Dark Dragon Rising. To add, seeker needs some skills revamped to have control/debuff/aoes for mass pk. Something has to be done about Psychic in the terms of Mass PK as well.
