Are you sure your antivirus is not blocking the game?

Yes Im pretty sure.. now my antivirus is unblock... ive ran the launcher a lot of times and still same... :S

I think its your firewall, your firewall could be blocking the game to access to the internet. Try making an exception on your firewall options for the game.

You might just need to restart your computer, that usually fixes it when it happens on my comp. It's like the computer is just having problems communicating with EPW and the net at the same time

I have the same problem!

Downloaded the game for some days ago and played some but some days after I got this. So if you know what to do im very pleased if you want to share it with me too! 

just found the known issues thread and this helped me out:

1. Error: Servers are showing as offline
- Add launcher.exe / patcher.exe / elementclient.exe to your antivirus exception list
- Run fixit.bat in EPW/launcher and then click 'Verify' button on game patcher
- Make sure that your serverlist.txt file in EPW/patcher/server/ looks like this (edit if it's different):
