I found this video extremely helpful:
The video is a little outdated but still as good
the npcs will look different and the layout of the game should look different.
The things that are outdated is at 1:30 he mentions a quest. It's not there anymore all the gear is in your bag. Add on the charms and as you level put the points in that is needed for the gear.
at 4:20 - 4:45 he mentions some forges and a npc with repeatable quests, those aren't there in OHT. The forges for gear are at West archo and 1k streams.
The npc still sells a lot of stuff you will need/want but it holds no more quests
at 5:22 he mentions some more npcs with quests. Those aren't there; you can though take note of the mats that are needed for the gears he lists. there have been a few changes to the mats for gear; Just leave out the Astral Orbs, and the Frost City mats are for 140 primal not 130 gear. TT is not needed for any gear.
at 6:13 you'll see a list of leveling areas.....just skip that x.x
PV and farming for mats is good enough for low levels
there is also no daily event for 110-140's anymore. Sorry
