Client crashes help

This may be experienced by other players. I just recently downloaded the new client since i stop for a year and things go smoothly at first but when i logged out and switch toons and after logging in the client crashes. I've done all the possible way to fix this but still the same error.

Nah. Still can't find a solution to this. I even talked to GM but until now no reply. Meh. -.-

they had give me some tips nothing helped yet

I have/ had same thing tbh, i just got used with it , when we had horizon version i never had it but with new its daily basis
