SB is fine, and not because I currently play one. The damage is nothing special compared to other DD classes apart from perigean tide/call lightning. One had a high cooldown and one requires someone to debuff you FIVE times in a row without you purifying it before it does decent damage. 

Meanwhile it takes 5k+ from instacast ea's with 97 def levels and full rpd gear on.  The only thing that should be changed on the class is more pdef. There are WAY too many existing counters for the class to warrant a nerf.

SB hits insanely hard and can perma-lock if well played and there is only ONE SB in this whole server that can perma lock and that is KIRA , and has insane damage , the class is "fine" if you dont mind the high dmg from all the debuffs . This class doesnt need any adjustements , or maybe -5atk lvls
